Attention :

• The owner lives in an adjoining house to the rental. The owner has his own entrance, his own enclosed garden with its parking lot. He does not use the swimming pool or the garden of the rental, which remain private to the holidaymakers. He will only carry out the maintenance of the swimming pool when it is necessary.
  
• Only the living area is air-conditioned
