Ideal for a stay with 3 families, the farmhouse sleeps up to 6 adults in 3 double bedrooms at the first floor. The 4th children's bedrooms sleeps 4 to 6 children at the second floor - with a games room next to their bedroom !

Ideal setting for walks in the countryside in the heart of the vineyards, enjoy wine tasting in the many wine cellars in the village of Châteauneuf du Pape.

With a living surface of +/- 250 m², the farmhouse offers:

On the ground floor:

• Kitchen - dining area: Stove with gas burners and oven, dishwasher, win fridge. Pod coffee maker. A table and 12 chairs. A French window opens to the terrace and the courtyard.
  
• Living room: A large sofa with chaise longue, a second sofa, TV. A table and 6 chairs. A French window opens to the terrace and the courtyard.
• Scullery: Refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and clothes dryer. Communicates directly with the kitchen-dining area.

On the 1st floor:

• Bedroom 1 with floor cooling: Double bed (160 cm wide). Private shower room: Double washbasin, walk-in shower. 
  
• Bedroom 2 with air-conditioning: Double bed (160 cm wide). Private bathroom: Double washbasin, bath, walk-in shower and WC. 
  
• Bedroom 3 with air-conditioning: Double bed (140 cm wide). Private bathroom: Double washbasin, bath, walk-in shower and WC. 
  

On the 2nd floor:

• Bedroom 4 with air-conditioning: Large bedroom for children and teenagers with 6 single beds (90x200) with possibilities of 3 beds 180x200.
• Games and rec room: Tbale with chairs. Sofa with TV. A billiards and a foot table.

Outside :

• Land: +/- 2000 m² partly enclosed: an enclosed courtyard with gate is adjoining the farmhouse. Parking vehicles outside this courtyard. 
  
• Terrace: Shaded by a parasol. A table, 10 chairs. A charcoal barbecue. Access to the kitchen-dining room and living area. Release on the closed courtyard.
  
• Private pool: Secured by electric rolling shutter. Poolsize : 8 m X 3.50 m. Pool depth 1m40 flat with stairs. Sunbeds and deckchairs.
  

Attention :

• The rooms on the ground floor as well as bedroom 1 on the 1st floor are tempered by floor cooling.
• The other 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned by reversible air conditioning.
• Access to the property over a dirt road for about 350 m: A very passable path through the vineyards.
