The villa is situated in a residential area at +/- 900 m walk from the villages centre of Paradou with all convenience stores. Ideal setting in the Alpilles, near the charming village of Maussane les Alpilles and the famous Baux de Provence.

At +/- 180 m², the holiday villa comprises:

On the ground floor:

• Entrance with cupboard and access to the first floor.
• Living room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, large flat screen TV, bar corner.
• Billiard room with billiard table and sofa.
• Dining room with a table, 6 chairs and a bistro pinball machine.
• Bedroom 1 : 2 Single beds (2 x 90 cm wide - or put together as 180 cm wide double bed), closet.
• En suite shower room with washbasin, shower and WC.

Upstairs :

• Bedroom 2 : Double bed (180 cm wide), closet, chest of drawers, TV.
• Adjoining bathroom : Shower and washbasin.
• WC
• Bedroom 3 : Double bed (180 cm wide), closet, chest of drawers and TV. with access to a solarium terrace with a bed in 180, TV, a closet a dresser.
• Open shower room (separated by a half-wall) : Shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside :

• Covered terrace with sitting area and a dining table with 6 chairs.
• Heated pool 12 m x 4 m (open from April 1 - October 30) with stairs inside and a flat bottom. 
• 3 Bicycles available  to cycle to the village and its shops located at +/- 900 m.

Attention :

• A small electric fountain can be put in service - or not - according to the age of the children, delivering a pleasant noise of water in closed circuit
• An automatic and electric lawn mower runs continuously and silently in the garden for your comfort, this is not a toy and the machine does not support any weight load.
