The holiday rental is situated in a quiet residential area at about 1,3 km from the lively village's centre of Pernes les Fontaines (nearest shops and restaurants). The rental sleeps 6 people in the 3 bedrooms of the main house, and a 4th double bedroom is situated in an independent adjoining outbuilding.

On the ground floor:

• Kitchen: Open to the living area: Induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. A table with 4 chairs.
  
• Dining/ Living area: A table with chairs. A corner sofa, coffee table, TV. A French window opens to the veranda. Three bay windows with access to the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool.
  
• Veranda: A table with chairs. A barbecue. A lounge area with armchairs. Large sliding glass doors with access to the terrace and the garden.
  
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 X 200 cm), wardrobe.
  
• Shower room: Washbasin and shower cabin.

• Laundry room: A washing machine. A freezer. Direct access to the kitchen.
  

Upstairs:

• Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds 90. (The top bed is not suitable children under 6 years).
  
• Bedroom 3: Double bed (140 X 190 cm), wardrobe.
  
• Shower room: Double washbasin, shower cabin, bath.

The independent outbuilding adjoining the house:

On the ground floor:

• Kitchen: Air-conditioned. Sink. A gas hob and small fridge. A table, 2 chairs. TV.
  
• Bedroom 4: Air-conditioned. Double bed on the mezzanine floor above (double bed 2 x 90 cm wide). 
  
• Shower room: Washbasin, shower cabin, WC.

The outside:

• Land: +/- 1700 m² enclosed. Sitting area with garden furniture, hammock. Pay area with trampoline, ping-pong table, basketball hoop, boules...
• Shaded terrace: A table with chairs. French windows with access to the living area and the veranda.
  
• Private pool: Secured by cover. Dimensions: 8m x 4m. Depth 1 m 50 with stairs. Sunbeds and deckchairs.
  

Attention:

• The main house and the oubuilding are adjoining but do not communicate with each other from the inside.
  
• The outbuilding is air-conditioned as well as the1st  floor of the main house.
  
• You might cross the 2 cats of the owners. The cats are cared for by neighbors during your stay.
