• Kitchen / dining area: A 4-burner plate, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and a freezer, dishwasher. A table, 6 chairs, sofa.
  
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 X 200 cm). Closet, TV.
  
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (2 x 90 X 200 cm) + an extra single bed. Wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
  
• Shower room: Washbasin, shower cabin.
  
• WC and washing machine.
  

At the ground floor below the rental, accessible from the garden:

• Independent games room / living area: Sofa, football table, small fridge. This room is located below the rental, and private for this rental. Accessible through the garden.
  

Outside:

• Land: +/- 20,000 m² (2 ha). Pleasantly flowered and shaded. Car park. Ping pong table. Swing. Trampoline.
  
• Private balcony: A table, 2 chairs. Access to the kitchen / dining area.
  
• Private terrace: Located on garden level in front of the games room. A table, 6 chairs. A barbecue.
  
• Fenced shared pool: Secured by fence. Dimensions: 13m x 7m. Depth: 0.80 m to 1.80 m with ladder. Pool terrace and spacious lawned area. 8 sunbeds and deckchairs. The swimming pool is to be shared with the holidaymakers of the second rental located on the same property (4 people).

• The property comprises the spacious farmhouse of the owners comprising 2 holiday rentals + the home of the owners (a couple with a dog).
