• Open kitchen: A single-bowl sink, a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with independent freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker.
• Direct access to the terrace through a glass door.
• Dining area with a table and 4 chairs. 
• Sitting area equipped with sofa, coffee table, fireplace, TV, WIFI Internet access.
  

At the air-conditioned mezzanine floor above the living area:

• 1 Double bed (140X190 cm).
• 1 Single bed (80X190 cm)

Outside:

• Land: +/- 2500 m², enclosed.
• Terrace with table and chairs.
• Fenced shared swimming pool (pool size 12m x 5m, pool depth max 1m80). The pool is to be shared with the holidaymakers in the second rental (max 5 people). 

Attention:

• Swimming pool, pétanque court and table tennis table are to be shared with the holidaymakers in the second rental (max 5 people). Both terraces do not face each other so that your privacy is preserved.
• Both rentals use the common entrance gate to the property.
• Sloping grounds, young children should be supervised here.
