Holiday rental farmhouse sleeps 6 between Bédarrides and Sarrians, in Provence - PRO-3436-2545 (3418)

The farmhouse has spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, huge terrace and garden, situated on a property of 10 hectares of which +/- 2000 m² garden are accessible for the holidaymakers.

The owners, living on site in an independent house, cultivates olive trees, fruit trees, vegetables. At the property they keep some sheep, chickens (1 rooster), 2 horses, 1 dog, cats. The farmhouse does not have a swimming pool but is located very close to the small river the Ouvèze.

With a surface area of 150 m², the farmhouse comprises:

On the ground floor:

• Entrance into a small living room: 1 sofa 3 places, 1 bench 2 places, wood stove.
  
• Kitchen open to the dining area: 1 table, 7 chairs, Lacanche stove with 4 gas burners and a slow cooker, 2 electric ovens, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
  
• Living room: Spacious 6-seater sofa, coffee table, desk, TV (not connected to an antenna to be used via a Chromecast).

Upstairs :

• Bedroom 1: 1 Double (160 cm wide), storage, desk. Private shower room with shower, sink, WC.
  
• Bedroom 2: 1 Double (140 cm wide), storage.
• Independent shower room: shower, washbasin.

• Bedroom 3: 1 Double (160 cm wide), storage.

On request and charged separately, possibility to add a 4th bedroom (possibility to sleep 2 extra people).

Outside :

• Large tiled terrace
• Dining area with table, chairs in the shade of 2 majestic plane trees.
• Land of approximately 2000m² accessible to holidaymakers in the front of the farmhouse.
• Free access to organic vegetable garden.
• Ping pong table.
• Plancha and 3 sun loungers.
  

Attention :

• The owners live on site in an independent house.
• Outside the rental period, the owners also occupy the farmhouse, with their pets (3 cats and a dog). During the rental, the cats will be feeded further on the property by the owner. But the cats can come around the house during your stay, even though they are feeded elsewhere. This is to be taken into account if you are allergic to cats.
