The rental is situated on the outside of the village, at about 600 m from the centre and the shops. The rental is situated just in front of the private swimming pool, covered pool house with outdoor summer kitchen.

With a surface area of 35 m² all on the ground floor, the rental offers :

• Kitchen: Sink, electric hob,  small fridge, microwave oven. A table with 2 chairs. French window opening to the pool.
• Bedroom: Double bed (160 cm wide). Wardrobe, TV and fan.
  
• Shower room: Washbasin, shower cabin, WC. Washing machine.
  

Outside :

• Property: +/- 1200 m² enclosed. Parking for cars inside the property. 
  
• Outdoor kitchen at the pool: Private for the holidaymakers. Sink, hotplate, burner, stove, a microwave oven. A refrigerator with freezer compartment. An electric plancha. A charcoal barbecue. Cupboard with storage for crockery and kitchen utensils. A table, 6 armchairs. 
  
• Private pool: Dimensions: 7.50m X 3.50m. Depth: 0.30 to 1.60 m with stairs and ladder. Pool terrace and 3 sunbeds.
  

Attention :

• The holiday rental is independent, but situated at the property of the owners, the owners (a couple) live on the same property in an independent villa with view at the pool. They do not use the swimming pool or the summer kitchen outside which remain fully private for the holidaymakers.
• A train track is located about 30 m from the location. It is exclusively used for goods transport, with ony a few trains per day.
