The holiday rental is situated at the property of the owners who live on site. The rental is situated next to the river "La Sorgue", you can swim and canoe at your convenience: the equipment is available on site.

At +/- 50 m², the rental offers:

All on the ground floor:

• Kitchen / dining / living area: Air-conditioned. Induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. A table, 4 chairs. A 3 seater sofa, TV. A large sliding bay window opens to the terrace, the pool and the private courtyard.
• Bedroom 1: Air-conditioned. Double bed (140 cm wide).
• Bedroom 2: Air-conditioned. Bunk beds for 2 children - attention the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years.
• Washing machine.
• Shower room: Washbasin, walk-in shower, WC.

Outside:

• Small courtyard: Closed by walls, private with garden furniture, deckchairs.
• Terrace: Inside the private courtyard of the rental. Access to the living area through a large sliding bay window. Garden seat and parasol.
• Small heated pool (Size : 3m x 3m. Depth: 1m20 deep with undeep area of 0,30 m) Situated inside the private courtyard of the rental. Two sunbeds, parasol.
• Private parking.

Attention:

• The private courtyard of the gîte is closed by a gate.
• Once outside this courtyard and given the immediate proximity of the river, young children should be watched carefully here.
• The owners (a couple and their son) live on the same property in a villa independent of the rental: their garden is opposite the gîte: only the entrance to the property is shared.
• The owners graciously provide the holidaymakers with a canoe and all its equipment.
• The owners have a very sociable little dog. They can accept your pet - on request on forehand.
