The holiday rental offers a nice garden view. The use of the pool is to be shared with the owners who live on site discretely in a separate house. The rental is situated at about 500 m from the centre of Chateaurenard with all shops.
At °+/- 25 m², the rental offers:
Ground floor:
- Kitchen / Dining area: Sink, induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine. A fridge with freezer compartment. Work plan and storage. Table, four chairs.
- Sitting area: A sofa convertible into a 140 cm wide double bed. TV. A sliding bay window opens to the private terrace.
- Shower room: Walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

- Garden: +/- 2000 m² enclosed with electric entrance gate. Private shady terrace in front of the rental with deckchairs. Parking in front of the rental.
- Private covered terrace: Table, 4 chairs and gas plancha (grillplate).
- Shared swimming pool: Secured by fence and alarm. To be shared with the owners. Pool size: 10 m x 5 m. Pool depth 1.80 m with stairs. 4 Sunbeds and deckchairs.
Attention:
- The owners live on site discreetly in another house. The swimming pool is to be shared with them occasionally.
