• Living room with fully equipped open kitchen: 4 Gas hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, wine fridge. Table with 8 chairs, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs, home cinema and Bose sound system, TV with international channels.
• Bedroom 1: Master suite with double bed (160 cm wide), TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and WC.
• Staircase with handrail, access to the landing with child safety barrier.

• The landing is converted into a playroom to occupy the youngest

• The house is built on a family property comprising 3 homes, there is no fence between the differen houses, only this house is rented as a holiday rental, the family of the owner occupies the other houses in all discretion.
• The house is situated not far from the departmental road that leads to the village, passing traffic can be heard on the background.
