• Shower room: Washbasin, walk-in shower, WC.
• Laundry room: Washing machine. The use of the washing machine is to be shared with the owners.

• Garden: +/- 600 m² fully enclosed. Nicely planted and flowered. Possibility to park your car inside the property.

• Private pool: Size: 10 m x 4 m. Depth: 0.90 m to 1.90 m with stairs. 4 Sunbeds and a parasol.

• The owners, a couple, live discreetly on the property in an independent villa. They do not use the swimming pool, which remains private for the holidaymakers.
