The Loft is located in the heart of Port-Vendres, ideal setting for this holiday rental within 5 minutes walk to the nearest beaches. The loft is situated in a village house with 2 floors facing south on a small public square shaded by two Catalpas. The famous and touristy village of Coullioure is at +/- 3 km.

The holiday rental is situated on the top floor of a square village house with 2 floors facing south on a small public square shaded by two Catalpas. Two wooden benches allow break times "outside".

From the large windows not overlooked you can see the tiled roofs, the green of the hill and the domed church tower.

Quiet alleys surround the square, the marina and the nearest beaches are within 5 min. walk.

The village house comprises 6 apartments. 2 small ones on the ground floor and 3 small ones on the 1st floor. The loft occupies the entire top floor of the house.

The 12 wooden stair steps leading to the loft are part of the apartment. A removable barrier is installed for the safety of children.

The only neighbors are therefore on the lower floor. Two of the owners live there all year round. 

Large car parks are available very close to the loft, some of which are free of charge.

At +/- 120 m², the loft offers:

Living area with air conditioning and wood stove

• Large, very bright living area of +/- 80 m²: A fully equipped kitchen, a dining area in the center and near the 2 balconies, the sitting area, 2 Indian sofas, a hammock, 2 rattan armchairs, a coffee table, a large screen TV with DVD player and channel hi-fi.
  
• Kitchen: The L-shaped kitchen has 3 large work surfaces, a large fridge with freezer drawers, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob with oven.
  

Rooms (all rooms are equipped with fan) and open to the living area:

• Bedroom 1 (of 12.5 m²) with windows overlooking a quiet lane. Double bed (2 x 80 cm wide - can be split up in twins). Wardrobe.
  
• Bedroom 2 (of 15 m²) with windows overlooking a quiet lane. Double bed (2 x 80 cm wide - can be split up in twins). 1 armchair and a large storage unit.
  
• Bedroom 3 (of 7.5 m²), high ceilings, skylight, 3 steel bunk beds (3 x 80x200 cm). Attention, the upper beds are not suitable for children under 6 years. Wardrobe.
  

• Shower room (situated at the entrance): Walk-in shower, double washbasin.

Attention:

• All beaches are accessible on foot (from 5 mins to 30 mins walk).
• The coastal path leading to Spain passes at about 10 min.
• Collioure is about 20 mins walk by the seaside.
• Free shuttles bring you in summer to all the beaches and the beautiful site of Paulilles.
