This ancient manor house is situated in the heart of a 1 ha landscaped park near the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, at about 500 m from the center of the village of Beauziac. The house is furnished with rather ancient family furniture, but disposes of an independent games and fitness room.

Covering an area of 540 m², the house offers:

On the ground floor:

• Main entrance: the entrance hall leads to a double living room, the dining room and the breakfast room adjoining the kitchen, a separate WC and access to the upper floors.
• Living room: with a total area of about 90 m², divided in 2 areas, one of which is open to the park on the south side by two large French windows, sofas, armchairs, TV, DVD player.
• Dining room: accessible from the entrance hall and from the breakfast room, table with 14 chairs.
• Breakfast room: opening onto the outside covered terrace and the kitchen, table with 6 chairs.
• Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, American fridge with freezer, oven, gas cooker, microwave, Nespresso pro coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. Access to the jacuzzi through the exterior door of the kitchen.

On the 2nd floor:

• Bedroom 4: Double bed (140 cm wide) + 1 single bed (120 cm wide), a desk, a wardrobe.
• Bedroom 5: 2 Single beds (2 x 90 cm wide), desk.
• Bedroom 6: Double bed (140 cm wide) + 1 single bed (90 cm wide),
• Shower room: Shower, washbasin, WC.

In a separate outbuilding:

• Games room on the ground floor: table football, TV, Wii console, board games, badminton rackets, two golf bags with clubs, bucket of balls, petanque balls, WC.
• Fitness room on the 1st floor: a rower, a treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a stepper.
