Mill with swimming pool in Seillans, Var, near Fayence

In the village of Seillans, very close to Fayence, ancient stone house for holidays in Provence. This charming stone house is only accessible on foot up about 40 steps as cars are not allowed in this part of the village. You can park your car along a small road below the house about 70 m.

The rental offers on +/- 70 m² at different levels:

Level 1 :

• A living room with sofa, TV, table and 4 chairs.
• A kitchen with refrigerator, ceramic hob, combined microwave/grill oven, dishwasher and all kitchen necessities.
• Shower room 1: shower, washbasin.
• WC
  
• Access to level 2 by a spiral staircase.
  

Level 2 :

• At the open floor above the living room: Sleeping area with double bed (140 cm wide), storage. This sleeping area can sleep 2 people, but due to its position on the open floor, offers little privacy.
  
• The staircase leading to level 3 starts from this mezzanine floor.

Level 3:

• Bedroom : Double bed (160 cm wide), storage.
• Shower room 2: shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer.
• Summer kitchen on the terrace facing the swimming pool with fridge, dishwasher, oven, griddle, vitro hob, table and chairs for 4 people and all kitchen necessities.
• An awning provides shade over part of the terrace facing the swimming pool.

The outside:

• Outside an unfenced garden , in terraces with access by stone stairs.
  
• Two terraces are situated at the level of the living room.
• A third terrace in front of the summer kitchen with private swimming pool (Pool size 3m x 6m) with parasol and 4 deckchairs.
  
• Access to the swimming pool from the outside or directly from the bedroom on level 3.
• Possibility to park your car along a small road at the bottom of the property about 70 m from the house.
  
• Cellar (accessible from outside only) with washing machine, freezer.

Attention:

• Due to its terraced configuration with a terrace with an open railing (a child can easily pass under the barrier), this house is not suitable for families with young children (danger of passing under the guardrail of the terrace and fall) nor for people with reduced mobility (the house is only accessible on foot and you have to climb about 40 steps from the road).
• Sheets and towels not provided.
• Cars are parked below the property, along a small road down the property about 70m from the house. No vehicles allowed in this part of the village. You have to climb about 40 steps to get to the house.
