The holiday villa has a modern interior while retaining the character of a Provencal farmhouse. The villa is situated only 3 minutes drive from the village's centre of fayence (or 15 minutes walk over a footpath).
At +/- 280 m² the single storey house offers:
- Entrance hall
- Living room: Fireplace, corner sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs.
- Dining room: open to the living room, table for 10 people, chairs and a buffet. Bookshelf. 3 French windows open to the outdoor terraces.
- At the open mezzanine floor above the living room: Sofa bed (for 2 people), a coffee table, TV and DVD player.
- Open kitchen to the living / dining room: Oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, double sink, Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Access to the covered terrace.
- Laundry room: washing machine, fridge and freezer, sink.
- Bedroom 1: Double bed (180x200 cm), flat screen TV, wardrobe. Hair dryer.
