Bluffy, in the hills between Lake Annecy and the Aravis mountains, holiday cottage sleeps 12 with private and heated pool

With a total surface of about 250 m² the cottage comprises :

At level 1 :

• Entrance
• Living area opening to the South facing terrace :

• Sitting area with fireplace, TV (English channels)
• Dining area (table & chairs) for 12 people
• Kitchen with 3 induction cooking plates, oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, kitchenware.

• Bedroom 1 : Double bed (150 cm wide).
• Bedroom 2 : Bunk beds (2 x 90 cm large, attention the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years).
• Bedroom 3 : Double bed (160 cm large).
• Bedroom 4 : Twin beds (2 x 90 cm large) can be joined together as a double bed.
• Bathroom 1 : Bath, double wash basin, WC.
• Shower room 1 : Shower, wash basin, WC.

At level 0 :

• Bedroom 5 : Double bed (150 cm wide), attention, this bedroom is accessible through bedroom 6.
• Bedroom 6 : Stowaway bed (90 cm large), direct access to garden and pool.
• Bedroom 7 : Bunk beds (2 x 90 cm large, attention the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years).
• Bathroom 2 : Shower, bath, wash basin, WC, heated towel rack.
• Rec room : Children’s games, TV with DVD player (no TV channels – DVD only). Billard table, Table tennis.  
• Laundry room : Washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor amenities :

• Terrace at level 1 with garden furniture
• Private secured pool :  Above ground wooden swimming pool. The pool is heated by a warm water pump. Pool size : 5,80m X 5,80m. Armchairs.
• Garden (+/- 1300 m² not enclosed), pool and pétanque pitch.
• Parking outside for 3 cars

ATTENTION :

• Baby cot available on request.
• Bedroom 5 is accessible through bedroom 6 only. Garden and pool are accessible through the main entrance of the house.
• The house is situated above the road that leads to the village of Bluffy. On certain hours you can hear the passing traffic on this road in the garden, however the traffic us not heard inside the house.
