The holiday home is located on the heights of Chavanod, at about 1,5 km from the centre with all the shops. Annecy and Lake Annecy are at +/- 7 km. 

The garden is set up in terraces on different levels; enjoy the SPA with the view of the surrounding mountains, the sauna, the pool at the top of the garden or the dining area with its plancha and its bread oven. Sports lovers will appreciate the fitness room.

The house built on 3 levels offers on +/- 120 m²:

On the ground floor:

• Entrance
• A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, sink.
• A garage converted into a games room with a pool table and possibiility to store your bikes or other sports equipment.
  

On the ground floor:

• The living area is harmoniously divided into several communicating spaces:
  

• A kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, extractor, and all the cooking necessities. The kitchen opens onto a partly sheltered terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen with grillplate, sink and bread oven. SPA with great view of the mountains.
  
• Sitting area with sofa, fireplace (wood provided), TV.
• Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people.
  
• The living room and the dining room open onto a verdant terrace comfortably equipped with a sauna and garden furniture.
  
• Fitness room.
  

• Bedroom 1 en suite with a 160 cm wide double bed, TV, shower room with shower, washbasin, WC, heated towel rail and hair dryer. The bedroom window opens onto the fitness room.
  

1st Floor:

• A mezzanine open to the dining area with a desk
• Bedroom 2 with a 140 cm wide double bed.
• Bedroom 3 with a 140 cm double bed, sitting area with sofa and walk-in closet.
• Bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC.

Outside:

• The very atypical garden is built in terraces on several levels.
  
• The above-ground pool situated on the highest terrace offers a view of the surrounding mountains.
  
• The top of the garden with its fruit trees is very sloping.

Attention:

• Due to the many stairs, the house and the garden (sloping) are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
  
• The above ground pool is rather distanced from the house and requires the presence of adults when the children are bathing.
  
• A ZAC is present under the heights of Chavanod, this one is partly seen from the house and a traffic background noise can be heard from the bottom of the garden.
  
• The garden and the swimming pool are likely to be maintained during your stay.
  
• Snow equipment necessary in the winter season.
  
• The use of the fitness room is the responsability of the holidaymaker.
