This holiday home with private above ground swimming pool is located in Aix-les-Bains in a residential area, +/- 2.5 km from the town centre, 4 km from the Aqualac water sports centre (Lake Bourget), 4.5 km from the marina, 2 km from the Thermes Chevalley Valvital and 4 km from the Thermes Marlioz.

  • In summer, the round above-ground swimming pool will allow you to cool off and relax in the heart of the wooded garden. For your safety and that of your children, remember to remove the removable ladder when your swim is finished and do not leave children unattended in the pool.
  • Terrace (+/- 100 m²) either on the sunny side or in the shade of the vine to enjoy the long summer evenings.
  • The land of 1500 m² is fully enclosed.
