The holiday rental is situated at the 1st and 2nd floor of the house of the owners and sleeps 4 (2 adultes + 2 children). The rental is ideally located near the Echarvines golf course and the Planfait / Perroix paragliding site, at only a few minutes drive from Lake Annecy and the beaches of Talloires.

On two levels, the rental with a living surface of +/- 50 m², offers:

On the ground floor:

• A large cellar (former bread oven), shared with the owners, for storing of sports equipment

Floor 1 :

• Sitting area with sofa (convertible - possibility to sleep 2 children), internet access.
• Dining area with table and chairs
• Open kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher

• Covered balcony

Floor 2:

• Open bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide), storage
• Shower room with shower, WC, washbasin, heated towel rack.

• A covered balcony in front of the living room on the first floor (overlooks the owner's terrace)
