• The swimming pool and the tennis court are to be shared with the other residents. It is a large luxury residence comprising several buildings, there are around 80 apartments in total, but since most of the apartments are inhabited all year round, the inhabitants are not all "on vacation" and therefore not hanging around the swimming pool permanently.
