Chalet in Chamonix with Mont-Blanc view and jacuzzi

Between Chamonix and Argentière, in the heart of the hamlet of La Joux (comprising around fifteen dwellings), the chalet offers an ideal location, very close to the Grands Montets, for mountain holidays in all seasons.

You can admire the Mont Blanc range in complete peace from the terraces and the jacuzzi.

The rental is located approximately 50m from the railway line which serves the villages of Servoz in Vallorcine free of charge for you, with the guest card which will be given to you on your arrival. Access to the chalet is via a 198cm wide tunnel.

The chalet, built in 2023, offers on 120 m²:

On the ground floor:

• An entrance with cloakroom.
• Bedroom 1: a 160 cm double bed, TV, chest of drawers, opening onto the terrace via French window.
• Private bathroom 1: shower, sink and hairdryer.
• Bedroom 2: a 160 cm double bed, storage, TV, view of the "Drus" from the bed.
• Private bathroom 2: shower, sink, WC, towel radiator and hairdryer.
• Bedroom 3: a 140 cm double bed, storage, TV.
• Private bathroom 3: shower, sink, WC, towel radiator and hairdryer.
• A separate toilet with hand basin.

1st floor :

• A large living room with:

• Living room area , sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV, internet access.
• Dining area with table and chairs for 6 people, wine cellar and high chair for young children.
• Fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer compartment, microwave oven, Lacanche kitchen range with 6 gas burners (bottle gas) and two ovens as well as everything you need for cooking.
• The living room opens onto the first floor terrace through a large bay window, providing the room with beautiful light in all seasons.

Outdoors :

• Unfenced land of approximately 900 m².
• A terrace on the ground floor with jacuzzi and deckchairs.
• A terrace and balcony on the first floor with garden table and chairs.
• Parking for 3 cars.

• Snow equipment essential in season.
• The chalet is located in the hamlet of La Joux just before the Grands Montets. The chalet is accessible: either through a small tunnel 198 cm wide for parking in front of the chalet, or by avoiding the small tunnel and parking in the municipal car park; in which case you have to cross the railway to access the chalet which is 150 m from the car park (see photos). Access via a dirt road not recommended for low-lying cars.
• The railway line (single track) which is located approximately 50m from the chalet, serves the villages of Servoz in Vallorcine free of charge for you with the guest card which will be given to you on your arrival. This is the picturesque little train linking Chamonix to Vallorcine.
