• Dining area with kitchen and bar : Dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking plates, fridge, freezer, kitchenware, Wood stove.
• Shower room with wash basin, shower and WC, washing machine.
  
• 1st Bedroom : Bunk beds 2 x 0,90 large (attention the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years), 2 sofabeds (2 x 0,90 large).

A staircase leads to the 1st floor.

1st floor :

• Sitting area with TV (attention : Height under ceiling 2 m) access to the 14 m² South East facing terrace.
• 2nd Bedroom : Double bed 180 large.
• WC and wash basin

The dining room at the ground floor opens to a 20 m² North facing terrace (nice and cool in the hotter periods).

The sitting area at the first floor opens to a 14 m² sunny terrace with nice view at the surrounding mountains : Dents de Lanfon, Parmelan.

Entrance to the chalet at the ground floor and the first floor.

Cot and high chair available on request.

Outside :

• The 1500 m² non enclosed property is open to the surrounding fields and an excellent playground for children of all ages.
