This holiday cottage comprises the main house (sleeps 5) and an independent cottage (sleeps 2). Ideal setting in the heart of the touristy sights and castles in Dordogne, heated indoor pool open all year.
The main house + the independent cottage (with a total surface of +/- 85 m²) :
Ground floor main house (+/- 60 m²) :
- Kitchen with microwave, toaster, water kettle, coffee machine, sink, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 electric cooking plates, electric oven. View at the terrace.
- Dining area / Sitting area : Table and 6 chairs, stone bench 4 seats, TV and DVD player.
- Separate WC
- Shower room with Italian shower and washbasin.
- 1st Bedroom : Double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), closet, chest of drawers.
1st Floor :
- 2nd Bedroom with 3 single beds (2 x 110 cm large and 1 x 90 cm large). This bedroom has no door. Access to this bedroom through an open staircase in the 1st bedroom.
The independent cottage (sleeps 2) of +/- 25 m² is situated at +/- 15 m from the main house :
- Living area with wood stove.
- Kitchen with microwave, 2 ceramic cooking plates, sink, coffee machine and fridge.
- Sleeping area with sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), closet and TV.
- Shower room with shower and washbasin
- Separate WC
Two French windows with view at the property.

In the ancient mill, in front of the house :
- Indoor pool, pool size : 8m x 5m. Heated with heat pump in winter. Wooden pool deck.

- Petanque pitch.
Attention :
- The water stream that runs along the house is not secured. Parents should watch carefullty after their young children here.
- The ground floor of the main house is accessible for wheelchairs.
- Possibility to rent the house without the access to the pool (reduced rate, please contact us for more information).
