The holiday rental is located in the countryside but not secluded at +/- 11 km from Sarlat (all shops). The house offers 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, private pool.

At +/- 150 m², the house comprises :

• Entrance
• Living room: a 5 seater corner sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, fireplace (not useable - for decoration only).
  A double glass door opens to the outdoor terrace.

• Dining room: Table with 8 chairs. 2 Glazed doors open to the outside.
  
  
• Kitchen: 4 Induction hobs, extractor hood, sink, electric oven and microwave. Table and 4 chairs. A double glazed door opens to the terrace at pool side. 
  
• Shower room: Shower, washbasin, WC.
• Laundry room: Washing machine, access to the terrace.
• Reading area: 2 Armchairs, a table, a bookshelf.
  

Upstairs: wooden stairs with ramps

• Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 cm wide), closet and chest of drawers.
• WC
• Bathroom: Bathtub and a shower, a double wash basin. Towel dryer and hair dryer.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 cm wide), walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 3: Twin beds (2 x 80 cm wide), walk-in closet. 
• Bedroom 4: Double bed (160 cm wide), walk-in closet.

Outside:

• Plot: 3000 m² unfenced.  Wooden terrace with outdoor furniture.
• Terrace 1: Paved terrace facing the pool with outdoor furniture
• Terrace 2: At the backside of the house (adjoining living - and dining room) with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue.
• Swimming pool: Secured by audible alarm. Pool size : 9 m x 4 m, pool depth: 1m20 / 1m60.  
• Parking: Situated a little below the house, a few steps lead to the entrance of the house.
