• Parking located in front of the mill with electric gate

• Access to the garden and river area via the interior threshold, located between the living room and the dining room.

Attention :

• The ancient parts presenting a danger are protected by grids and handrails, which does not prevent young children from having to remain under parental supervision here.
• Electric shutters on all windows.
• Private access to the Dronne river.
