Located in the Quercy regional park in the Aveyron at the gates of the Lot, this stone holiday home is located in the heart of a hamlet about 6 km from the village of Salvagnac-Cajarc and can accommodate up to 10 people (max 8 adults and 2 children). The main house has 4 bedrooms and a 5th double bedroom is situated in a small independent outbuilding next to the swimming pool.

With a surface area of +/- 150 m², the house offers:

At the entry level

• Kitchen: with exposed beams, a table and 10 chairs, a low cabinet. Worktop with a sink, dishwasher, storage, multiple household appliances. An electric oven, a microwave, a large refrigerator.
• Living room: wooden floor, a 3-seater sofa and a 3-seater sofa, coffee tables. A usable open fireplace. A low sideboard and an armchair.

On the ground floor:

• Wooden stairs with ramps and child safety gate.
• Bedroom 1: a double bed (180 cm wide) with an armchair, a closet, a glass door leading to the garden (independent exit).
• Shower room: shower, washbasin. 
• WC
• Laundry room: a washing machine and a dryer, a combined fridge-freezer.
• A hallway with an independent exit door to the garden.
  

Upstairs from the living room: wooden stairs closed by a door

• Threshold with a closet.
• Bedroom 2 with air conditioning: a double bed (160 cm wide) attic bedroom with exposed beams, an armchair.
• Bedroom 3 with air conditioning: a double bed (160 cm wide), wardrobe storage cupboards. Passage to bedroom 4 for 2 children.
• Bedroom 4 is a children's bedroom, only accessible via bedroom 3: two bunk beds. Attention: The top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
• Shower room with washbasin, shower and WC.
  

In the independent outbuilding, adjoining the pool house, on the ground floor:

• Bedroom 5: a double bed (160 cm), removable wardrobe and an armchair.
  

The outside :

• Parking adjoining the house.
• A large private wooded area of +/- 2800 m² adjoining the property from where you can discover a magnificent view of the valley.
• Heated swimming pool of 9 m x 4m50, with a bubble cover, flat bottom. A large stone terrace with a well-equipped pool house: a refrigerator, a worktop with a sink, a gas griddle and a stone barbecue. A table with 10 chairs and garden furniture, sofa and armchairs.
• Paved terrace for breakfast in the tower with a pedestal table and 4 chairs adjoining the kitchen.
• Intimate outdoor spaces and their outdoor furniture, a lawned area for outdoor games.
  

Attention :

• Only bedrooms 2 and 3 are air-conditioned.
• Bedroom 3 communicates with bedroom 4 (children's bedroom) which can only be accessed through this room.
• Bedroom 1 has independent access from the outside but is also communicating from the inside.
  
• The outbuilding (bedroom 5) does not have a WC/shower room.
