Quiet setting in the heart of a hamlet in the countryside, not secluded, the holiday home comprises 3 bedrooms and the pool / hammam and spa area, and in a separate outbuilding (+/- 5 meters from the main house) you will find the kitchen and dining area.

With a total surface of +/- 100m² the holiday home offers:

The outbuilding of +/- 35 m²

• Kitchen and dining area: A large worktop with low storage units, a sink, a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle, hobs with extractor hood. A refrigerator with freezer compartment, an electric oven and microwave. A central island, dining area with 2 tables and 6 chairs
  

The main housecomprises:

On the ground floor

• Bedroom 1 - en suite: Double bed (160 cm wide), desk, 2 armchairs, a flat screen TV. Interior shutters on the windows and a separate door with exterior access.
• Shower room: 2 Washbasins, mirror, hair dryer, walk-in shower. A separate WC.
• Wellness area open all year, heated, dehumidified and ventilated by double flow CMV.: 

• An independent entrance with a cloakroom space , benches, a dressing table with mirror and hair dryer, a chair.Separate WC. 
• Heated indoor pool: 4m70 x 6m40, 1m30 deep (flat bottom), ladder (3 steps).
• Open hammam with 4/5 seats, waxed concrete benches and walls, shower, discreet Led lighting.
• 3-Seater SPA (63 water jets / 20 air jets, 19 chromotherapy leds / 1 water jet)
• A chromotherapy stained-glass light box with multi-color LEDs

Upstairs

Wooden stairs with handrails, a large threshold with a coffee table, 2 armchairs, bookshelf.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed (160 cm wide), wardrobe, chest of drawers. Flat screen TV. Sitting area with 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Interior wood shutters on the windows.
  
• Open bedroom area: by a spiral staircase (accessible from bedroom 2), on the wooden threshold, two bean bag chairs, 2 single beds, small storage spaces. This room is suitable for children due to the low ceiling height.
  
• Shower room: Walk-in shower, 2 washbasins, hair dryer. A separate WC.
  

The outside:

The house has a paved terrace around the house.

• Private paved terrace at the back of the house adjoining the entrance to the wellness area, terrace with with deckchairs and ping pong table.
• Private paved terrace adjoining Bedroom 1 with a magnificent view of the wooded garden. Table and chairs.
• Main terrace with outdoor furniture in the courtyard between the main house and the outbuilding, adjoining the kitchen.
• Private parking 
• A spacious lawned garden of +/- 5000 m2 with trees, a borie and a large vegetable garden. Parasol and also 2 naturally shaded areas (a corner with a walnut tree, an arbor terrace with wisteria).

Attention:

• Pool towels and bathrobes are provided.
• The spiral staircase to the sleeping area is quite steep very young children should be supervised here.
• The owners are living discretely on site, at a certain distance from the holiday rental, they have their own private outdoor terrace, but can access the garden.
