Well-equipped, spacious farmhouse with air conditioning upstairs and an outdoor living space under a 50m² pergola. The main house offers 5 bedrooms, the 6th bedroom is situated in a separate outbuilding (about 10 m from the main house).

With a living surface of +/- 350 m² on 10 hectares of land the rental comprises:

Ground floor:

• Bathroom: Bathtub and a shower, washbasin, heated towel rail.
  
• Bedroom 1 - en suite: Double bed (160 cm wide), fireplace (for decoration only), a desk and a chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, a coffee table and 2 armchairs.
  
• Bathroom: Bathtub, walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail.
• Walk-in closet with storage shelves and wall cupboard.
  

Upstairs: Only the 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor have airconditioning (1 airconditioner in each bedroom) :

Accessible over stairs (with handrails) from the entrance and stairs (with handrails) from the living room, one access to the landing, the second leads to bedroom 3.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 cm wide) with a chest of drawers, storage, 2 armchairs.
  
• Bedroom 3: Double bed (140 cm wide), chest of drawers, armchair, wardrobe. A vanity unit and a marble dressing table.
  
• Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds (2 x 90 cm wide) + 1 double bed (140 cm wide).
• Bedroom 5: Double bed (160 cm wide), with wardrobe and storage, armchair, a table and chairs, chest of drawers.
  

In an independent outbuilding at +/- 10m from the main house:

• Bedroom 6: Double bed (160 cm wide), an armchair a desk, a flat screen.
• Private shower room with walk-in shower.

ATTENTION:

• Presence of an unsecured pond located next to the house in the garden (+ - 1m of water depending on the season) which requires vigilance and
• responsibility of parents towards young children. It is the same in the garden in front of the house concerning a small unsecured wall.
• Young children should now not be left unattended in the garden here.
