Castle with heated and private swimming pool in Périgord Vert, Champagne-et-Fontaine, Dordogne, near Brantôme

The holiday rental is situated in a wing of a 17th century castle, the castle has been a family home since 1820, the owners live on site in the other part of the castle. The pool is fully private for the holiday rental, the tennis court is to be shared. 

With a surface area of +/- 300 m², the rental in the castle wing offers :

• A large hallway.
  
• Independent kitchen: 5 gas burners and a large oven, dishwasher, table with two benches and two chairs, TV, buffet, fridge with freezer section, microwave.
  
• Dining room: wooden floor, table with 12 armchairs and chairs, open wall fireplace (not usable), dresser, chest of drawers. Double glass door with exterior access.
• Living room: open wall fireplace (usable with wood stove), bookshelf, a table with 12 chairs, a TV, two 3 and 4 seater sofas, two armchairs, a piano, a coffee table. Glazed door leading to the inner courtyard.

• Bedroom 1 en suite: double bed (2 x 90 cm wide), chest of drawers, armchair, walk-in closet. Access to the outside.
  Bathroom: bath, sink, heated towel rail.
  
• Bedroom 2: two single beds (2 x 90 cm - can be joined together), wardrobe, chest of drawers.
  
• Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 cm wide), storage, chest of drawers.
• Bathroom: bath, washbasin.

• Bedroom 4: two single beds (2 x 90 cm - can be joined together)
  
• Shower room: shower, washbasin, WC.
• Laundry room: a washing machine and a dryer.
• Bedroom 5: two single beds (2 x 90 cm wide - can be joined together), wardrobe, desk, chair.

• Bedroom 6: double bed (180 cm wide or 2 x 90).Chest of drawers.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom.

• Outdoor terrace located in an interior courtyard.
  
• Stone outbuilding, a section of glazed wall, marble floor with furniture, table and chairs, sideboard, exposed beams.
• Private and heated swimming pool of 12 m x 4 m, fenced and secured with an alarm. (Pool depth from 1m to 1m60).
• A 5 hectare park: gardens with a fountain and forest.
• The tennis court is to be shared with the holidaymakers in a second holiday rental on site.

Attention :

• The owners (a couple) live on site in another wing of the Château, with private entrance and parking.
• A second holiday rental for 8 people with a private swimming pool is situated a bit further on the same property.
• Shared tennis court (to be shared with the holidaymakers in the second holiday rental on site).
