This spacious country home is a perfect holiday rental for a relaxing stay in the countryside of Perigord, with family or friends, enjoy the private enclosed pool and special playroom for children and a complete fitness room. Peaceful countryside setting, quite secluded, the nearest village with all shops is Mussidan (+/- 13 km). The closest village is Laveyssiere (+/- 3,5 km) with bar and restaurant. 

Covering an area of 175 m², the country home offers:

• Living room (+/- 40 m²) comprising: 

• Dining area: Dining table with 9 chairs, sideboard, a usable fireplace...
• Living area: a 5-seat corner sofa, a 2-seat sofa, a 3-seat sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV (English channels also available), DVD player.
• Children's lounge: Coffee table with 4 chairs, board games and bookshelf.

• Kitchen: Electric oven and a microwave oven, double sink, dishwasher, two gas cookers and induction cooking 2 plates, extractor hood, American fridge. A table with 3 chairs, a toaster, electric coffee maker, water kettle.
• Scullary: Washing machine, baby equipment (high chairs, baby cots, changing table ...)
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 cm wide), closet. Private shower room: Shower, washbasin and WC.
• Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (120 cm wide) + a single bed (90cm wide). Wardrobe, coffee table, armchair, closet.

• Covered terrace with 2 relaxation areas adjoining the outbuilding, benches and table + a table and 4 chairs.
• Rec room in a wooden shed comprising: A French and American billiards table, table football, pinball machine, table tennis table, air hockey, flat screen with WII and games. Wifi internet access and Ethernet cable.

• Pétanque field + boules (10m X 5m): for shared use with the holidaymakers of a second rental (sleeps 4), situated at about 300 m.
• Covered terrace: children's playground (turnstile, horses fixed to the ground), large table with benches, deckchairs and chairs.

• Attention:

  • A second holiday rental (sleeps 4) with its own pool is situated at about 300 m. Only the petanque pitch and the fishpond are for shared use.
  • Presence of a fish pond, at about 250 m from the house. (Young children should be watched here), possibility to fish !
  • The property has low speed internet access.
  • A separate outbuilding at about 20 m from the rental is uninhabited and will be closed during your stay.
