Holiday rental of a farmhouse in the countryside of Dordogne at estate with shared heated pool

The ancient farmhouse is tastefully renovated and offers contemporary furnishings and air conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs. Enjoy the pleasant lawned and wooded area of 1500m² enclosed, offering a beautiful view of the valley with hammocks, outdoor furniture and a whirlpool.

The farmhouse is part of an estate made up of 4 holiday accommodations spread over 2 small hamlets on the same property and which can accommodate up to 10 people maximum in each hamlet, about 20 people in total. The heated swimming pool and other facilities are to be shared with the other holidaymakers on the estate.

• Open floor bedroom 3 (air-conditioned): Open sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm wide) bed for children or teenagers with TV. An extra single bed / sofa for 1 child.

Oustide:

• A large wooded park (cherry / lilac, lime) lawned and fenced, including several intimate outdoor spaces with garden furniture, hammocks in the small forest and beautiful views of the countryside.
• Outdoor furniture, wrought iron tables and chairs, barbecue.
• A covered terrace with a private 3-seater Jacuzzi and outdoor furniture.

Shared facilities at about 400 m:

• Land of 7 hectares , with many relaxation areas, trees and flowers.
• Swimming pool of 12m x 5m with 3 interior corner steps. It is equipped with an electric retractable dome with remote control. Heated swimming pool, including on one meter, an aquabike and a spa area for 2 people as well as a small paddling pool for children of 1m.
• Spacious pool house:

• Relaxation area with a 6-seater corner sofa, a 2-seater sofa, coffee tables and poufs. A table football.
• Dining area: a large table with 2 benches.
• Kitchen: Sink, microwave and electric oven, hob with extractor hood. A refrigerator with freezer, an independent freezer.
• Shower room: Shower with washbasin and WC.

Attention:

• Frog pond about 40 cm deep.
• On site live 3 small dogs and a cat.
• Shared swimming pool is located at about 400 m from the rental.
• The owner takes care of bread delivery twice a week - on request
