The country home is composed by 2 homes (both homes sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms) connected by a wrought iron footbridge lit in the evening, in the countryside of Dordogne Perigord with 4 hectares of forests, meadows, shaded paths. 

At +/- 120 m2, the country home offers:

Main house of +/- 80 m2:

Ground floor :

• Kitchen: with a table and 4 chairs, a Godin wood stove, microwave oven,  American fridge, worktop with a single sink, dishwasher, oven. 3 Hotplates with extractor hood. A glazed door opens to the terrace.

• Living room: Two 2-seater sofas, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, TV, an open stone fireplace, dining area with a table with 8 chairs, sideboard and a low cabinet.

At the 1st floor:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160 cm wide) with wall cupboard storage.
  
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 cm wide) with storage, a desk and an armchair.
  
• Bathroom: Bath washbasin, heated towel rail.

In the independent outbuilding of +/- 40 m²:

Access to the outbuilding is from the dining room of the main house, via a wrought iron walkway.

• Bathroom: Walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

• Heated and private swimming pool: 11 m x 4 m, located in a lawned area, offering a view of the forest and the valley, deckchairs and parasol.
