This cosy wooden chalet is located in the countryside of Salignac Eyvigues but not isolated, close to the touristy sights as the famous gardens of Eyrignac.

• Dining area: Table with 4 chairs, dresser, wood stove.
• Kitchen area: U-shaped worktop with high bar and two high chairs. Toaster, water kettle, coffee maker and Nespresso machine.  Double sink, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 ceramic hobs and extractor hood, a refrigerator, microwave.
• Sitting area: A 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a curved flat screen TV. Double glazed doors open to the outside.

• Laundry room: Washing machine,  dryer, freezer. A glass door opens to the outside.
