Our compensation policy:

We are currently living in an exceptional situation, exceptional measures have therefore been announced aimed at maintaining the economic, financial and social stability of the country and in particular that of the tourism sector, very strongly affected by this health crisis. According to the ordinance of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in France, tourism professionals have the possibility of postponing the stays affected by this crisis.

Unfortunately, your stay cannot take place:

You will receive an email proposing to postpone your stay in your holiday home. You can postpone your stay in your holiday home within 18 months of receiving this email.

Will my payments will be kept ?

You will receive by email a proposal to postpone your stay in your holiday home within 18 months after reception of this email. You can send us your new dates of stay, all the sums paid (deposit or balance) will be kept and affected to your new booking.

Postponement of stay conditions:

You can book a new stay in your holiday home under the following conditions:

  • You can postpone your stay in your holiday home within 18 months of receiving the proposal.
  • Your new booking is valid subject to availability.
  • If you request to postpone your booking to higher priced season, the price difference will be taken into account (either you will have a supplement to pay, or we will refund the difference).
  • In the event that your original reservation included insurance, the value of your original reservation is the total amount paid for your reservation, including the insurance premium.
  • For any request for cancellation after 15/09/2020, the standard cancellation conditions will apply.

How to postpone my stay?

In the email that we will send you you have access to the planning of your accommodation to see the availability for a future stay, you can indicate your new desired dates and we will get back to you very quickly with confirmation of your new booking.

According to the ordinance of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in France, tourism professionals have the possibility of postponing the bookings affected by this crisis.

Unfortunately, your stay cannot take place:

We hope you will understand that this way we best protect the interests of all parties concerned (holidaymaker and houseowner). If ever, after the proposed 18 months of postponement, you have not been able to postpone your stay, we will refund the amount paid. That said, to preserve tourism in France we appeal to your understanding and your solidarity and we thank you in advance for considering postponing your stay.

Can I cancel my stay?

During a period of containment decided by the public authorities:
Cancellation of a stay between March 1 and September 15, 2020 is subject to Government Ordinance No. 2020-315 of March 25, 2020 relating to the financial conditions for the resolution of certain tourist travel contracts and bookings in exceptional and unavoidable circumstances or force majeure.

Unfortunately, your stay cannot take place:

Outside the periods of containment decided by the public authorities:
Any cancellation outside a confinement period decided by the public authorities will fall under the provisions of our usual general cancellation conditions.
