This property is situated at about 2,5 km from the centre of Salernes, at a 2 ha property next to the river. Ideal setting for holidays with family or friends.

At a total surface of +/- 200 m² the Bastide comprises :

Ground floor Bastide:

• Kitchen / entrance: Work plans and plenty of storage space with its charm of yesteryear. Double sink, induction cooking plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, fridge with freezer compartment. A dresser, a wooden table and six chairs. A French window with access to a terrace (table and 4 chairs).
• Small hall

• WC, small vaulted room under the rock (storage space).
• Living room / games room: Vaulted room overlooking the garden, fireplace, a small wooden table, two 3-seater sofas, an armchair and many pieces of art, travel souvenirs decorate this room... Work top, board games and books.

In the extension of the Bastide:

• Dining room: Large wooden dinner table with two benches for 10 people, wood stove in the corner.
• Bedroom 1: This bedroom is isolated from the other bedrooms and is decorated with many travel objects. Double bed (140X190 cm). Chest of drawers, desk. Only this bedroom does not have access to the WIFI network.
• Private bathroom : Washbasin, a bath, overlooking the park.

At the first floor:

• Small hall: linen storage cabinet. Second storage space for house linen and ironing equipment.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x190 cm). 2 Bedside tables, closet, 2 desks, a large mirror. Garden view.
• Private bathroom : Double wash basin, a bath and a bidet.
• Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (2 x 90x190 cm). Closet. View at the park.
• Bathroom: Bath, washbasin, WC.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed (140x190 cm), chest of drawers. French window with direct access to a small private terrace with table and chairs.
• Attic bedroom 5: Access by a staircase, 2 single beds (2 x 90x190 cm). Closet. Washbasin.

Outside:

• Wooded park of 2 hectares entirely enclosed, with 2 independent entries (a first portal at the level of the house and a second below - access to the parking).
• Private swimming pool: Pool size : 8 m x4 m secured by a fence and two gates locked with keys. 8 Sunbeds. 
  
• Private access to the river: a large metal staircase will take you to the river beach at the edge of the small stream. Perfect for a refreshing summer swim.
• Pétanque terrace.

The terraces :

• In front of the kitchen: Wrought iron table and 4 chairs.
• Large shaded terrace at the river side with table and chairs for 10 people.

ATTENTION :

• As for the presence of the river, stairs and cactus plants this property is not suitable for a stay with very young children.
• At the property there is also a separate holiday home for 4 people, with its own garden and SPA.
• Electric fence at the end of the land.
• The person in charge of pool and (vegetable) garden maintenance passes every 2 days.
