This holiday rental sleeps 3 is adjoining the pool. The property comprises another holiday rental (sleeps 2) situated a bit further on the other side of the pool, and the house of the owners.The pool is to be shared with the owners and the other holidaymakers.
At +/- 35 m², he rental comprises:
- Sleeping area : Double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) + 1 single bed (80 cm x 200 cm).
- 2 Armchairs, chest of drawers, closet.
- Bathroom: Walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, WC, natural stone floor and wooden ceiling.
- Kitchen area: sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, induction hob 2 burners, hood, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster.
Outside:
- Plot: 5000 m², not enclosed.
- Private terrace with table, 4 chairs and parasol. 3 Sun loungers.
- Secured pool (enclosed + gate). Pool size : 10m x 4m with wooden pool terrace +/-120 m². Deck chairs & parasols. The pool is open from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- Shared laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
- Roman ruins (of an aqueduct).
- Parking.
- Petanque pitch.
Attention:
- The pool is open from 8AM to 10PM.
- There is a river below the property. Young children should be supervised here.
- You will be greeted by a friendly couple who live on site with their 3 cats.
- A second holiday rental (sleeps 2) a bit further on the other side of the pool. The pool is shared with the owners and the other holidaymakers.
- Reversible air conditioning.

| Reviews : dear mireille, dear christian, it was a very warm welcome in your place and we have had a beautiful stay in your lovely house. the pool was amazing, we felt very cosy and comfortable. the surrounding is very nice, we enjoyed the typical small villages, the markets and the good food. also a good place to go by bicycle and explore the beautiful vineyards. we are sure to come again. | ||
