The holiday rental is situated at the 5 ha estate of the owners comprising several buildings of character including a small manor of the 16th century and the ruins of an old fortification of the 13th century, a barn converted into a small theatre, a park, meadows and a small wood. The estate is situated in the municipality of Brech, between Vannes and Lorient, in the very touristy Pays d'Auray.
