Located in the historic center of Colmar, on the 3rd floor with elevator of a historical building, this apartment with a living surface of +/- 195 m² is ideal for groups of friends and families with children. With 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 11 people.

• A kitchen with: Oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor, fridge with separate freezer, filter coffee maker, double Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.

• The adjoining utility room contains a second fridge / freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing and cleaning supplies.
• Bedroom 1 (Suite) air-conditioned: A double bed (140 x 200 cm), an armchair, a cot, two wardrobes, a shower room with shower, washbasin.

The living area overlooks a fully enclosed patio, equipped with tables and chairs for 15 people and a barbecue.

Upstairs:

• On the landing, there are two separate toilets as well as a shower room with toilet, shower and washbasin, heated towel rail.
• Bedroom 2 air-conditioned: 3 single beds (3 x 90 x 190 cm - can be joined together), dressers.
• Bedroom 3 air-conditioned: 2 single beds (2 x 90 x 190 cm), bunk beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm, please note that the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old), armchair, chest of drawers.
• Bedroom 4 air-conditioned: Suite with 4 single beds (4 x 90 x 200 cm), wardrobe. A private bathroom with bath with shower screen, double washbasin.

• The bathrooms are all equipped with toiletries, hair dryer and a scale.
• Pets under 15 kg are accepted in the apartment.
