Chalet sleeps 7 to rent in Morzine in the mountains at 1100 m height.
This chalet was first built in 1830 and renovated in 2008. The ancient elements give this chalet its charm and character.
This +/- 130 m² chalet comprises :
Ground floor :
- Kitchen / Dining area : Gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, fondue and raclette grill, kitchenware… This room opens to the terrace at the front of the chalet.
- Living room with woodstove, TV, HIFI
- Vestiare
- Scullery with washing machine, ironing facilities
- Separated WC.
- Bedroom 1 : 3 Single beds 0.90 large
- Bathroom : Bath, wash basin, shower, heated towel rack
- Bedroom 2 : Double bed 140 large, cot, private shower room with shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rack.
In the basement, access through the living room :
- Bedroom 3 : 2 Single beds 0,90 large, private shower room with shower, wash basin and separate WC.
The access to this bedroom passes through a staircase in the living room. The staircase arrives directly in the bedroom (no door in-between).
Outdoor amenities :
- Terrace at the front of the chalet
- Sheltered terrace at the right side of the chalet
- parking for 3 cars at the right side of the chalet
- Very small garden at the back of the chalet, next to a mountain stream (access secured).
- Garage at the back of the chalet to store bicycles or other sports material.
Attention :
- The chalet is situated next to the road. This is a dead end street serving the neighbouring houses, a hotel restaurant and the cable car.
- Wood for the wood stove is not supplied

The chalet is situated in Morzine at the foot of the cable car to Avoriaz.
Morzine is part of the ski resort des Portes du Soleil (comprising 12 French and Swiss ski resorts) : Morzine, Avoriaz, les Gets, Abondance, Champéry, Morgins, Torgon…
Chalet for summer and winter holidays in the mountains. At only 200 m from the cable car to Avoriaz a good starting point for skiing in winter and mountain biking and walking in summer. ( Attention the cable car will be closed for maintenance in July and August 2011).
Various walking trails near the chalet.
Morzine is situated at only 30 km from Thonon and the water sports at Lake Geneva.
In Morzine centre (at about 3 km) you will find all shops.
