- Property : Shared, 900 m² enclosed property. Nice landscaped garden. An exceptional location in the centre of Avignon !
- Terrace : Shady private terrace with access to the summer kitchen, table and 5 chairs, a barbecue.
- Pool : Secured shared pool, pool size : 12 m x 5 m. The pool is 1 m till 1 m60 deep. Paved pool area and landscaped garden. 4 Sun loungers, a table and 3 chairs.
Attention :
- As for the different levels this house is not suitable for disabled people or people having difficulties going up and down the stairs.
- Shared pool and garden with the occupants of another (4 people) rental at the same property.
