- Terrace : Shady terrace with pergola. Table, 8 chairs. Gas barbecue. View at garden and pool. French windows opening to the living room.
- Pool : Private, enclosed and heated pool (warm water pump). Pool size : 7 m X 3,50 m. The pool is 1m10 till 1m60 deep. Not deep area for children. 4 Sun loungers, 4 deck chairs, parasol.
Attention : The farmhouse is adjoining another farmhouse, this means there are neighbours at one side. No overlook. Only the parking is shared with the other inhabitants of the hamlet.
