This luminous loft with a very modern interior is situated at walking distance of the village’s centre with all shops and restaurants. Noves is situated at about 10 minutes drive from Avignon and 15 minutes drive from Saint Rémy de Provence.
This +/- 150 m² rental comprises :
Ground floor :
- Dining / sitting area with bay windows opening to the courtyard.
- A separate entrance in the courtyard gives access to the independent bedroom at the ground floor with private bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
- Scullery, WC
1st Floor :
- Glass stairs are leading to the mezzanine floor with TV corner above the living.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 160 large and private shower room with Italian shower, wash basin, WC.
- Bedroom 2 : 1 Single bed 0,90 large, private bathroom with bath, double wash basin, WC
- 1 Bedroom with 1 children's bed at height for 1 child. (attention, not suitable for children under 6 years)
- Direct access to the shared bathroom with bedroom 2.
Outside :
- Enclosed courtyard without overlook with garden furniture, barbecue.
- Possibility to park 2 cars in a shared courtyard at the backside of the house.
Attention : From August 26th till August 31st is the village’s annual fair. During this period there is some noise nuisance and the village's centre is difficult to enter by car.
