The chalet is situated at the foot of many mountain passes (until Switzerland and Italy), ideal for cycling and motorcycling.
The south facing chalet disposes of a total surface of about 30 m² :
- Kitchen : Oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic cooking zone, dishwasher, kitchenware…
- Dining area + TV, DVD player
- Mezzanine floor of about 10 m²
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 140 large
- Bedroom 2 : Bunk beds (2 x 0,70 large, attention the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years).
- Shower room with shower, wash basin and WC.
- WIFI internet access.

The chalet is situated in Domancy, very close to Sallanches and at the crossing of the ski resorts of Megeve (12 km), Combloux (7 km), Saint gervais (10 km) and Chamonix (26 km) for skiing in winter and walking in summer.
All convenience stores in Sallanches or Domancy at about 2 km.
Thermes of Saint Gervais are situated at about 5 km.
Water sports: Lac des Illettes and Lac de Passy as well as water rafting (Rafting base de l’Arve).
Various walking and cycling trails.
The chalet is situated at :
- 1 Hour drive from Annecy
- 20 Minutes drive from Chamonix : aiguille du midi, le Brévent, la Mer de Glace, Zoo of Merlet
- 10 Minutes from the tramway Mont Blanc – Saint Gervais.
Bowling and cinema in Sallanches.
