This 120 m² farmhouse comprises :
Ground floor :
- Kitchen / Dining room : Single sink. 5 Gas hobs and 1 electric oven. Dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave. Table, 10 chairs. Fireplace. Closet.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 140 large, closet.
- Bathroom 1 : Wash basin, bath and WC.
- Scullery : Sink, Washing machine, freezer, WC.
1st Floor :
- Sitting room : Sitting area and sofa bed, TV. DVD player.
- Bedroom 2 : 3 Single beds 0.90 large. Desk.
- Bedroom 3 : Double bed 140 large, closet, desk.
- Bathroom 2 : Wash basin, shower cabin and WC.
- Separate WC
Outside :
- Property : Sloping property of about 10 000 m², not enclosed. Dry-stone wall terraced ground. An easy access makes this house also accessible for disabled persons. Lots of trees and shade. Quiet situation but not isolated, near a hamlet.
- Terrace : Table, 8 chairs, parasol. View at the valley, the pool and the garden. This terrace is situated at the ground floor near the main entrance of the farmhouse.
- Pool : Private, enclosed infinity pool. Pool size : 7 m x 3m20. The pool has a flat bottom and is 1m30 deep with stairs. Shower, 6 sun loungers, 2 armchairs, parasols. The house offers a beautiful view at the valley de la Cèze.
Attention : The owners (a couple) live in a separate farmhouse on the same property. The owners do not use the pool and garden which are fully private for the rental. No overlook.
