- Open kitchen to the dining area : Double sink, gas stove with 2 gas rings, 1 electric cooking plate, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher.
- Dining room : Table, 8 chairs. Sofa, fireplace, French windows with access to the terrace, view at the garden and the pool.
- Sitting room : Angle couch, coffee table, armchair and TV. The sitting room opens to the dining room. French window with access to the terrace and view at the garden and the pool.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 140 large, closet. Private bathroom with wash basin, bath and bidet.

- Bedroom 2 : Air-conditioning. This is an attic room but with comfortable height. Double bed 160, 2 single beds (120 and 0.90 large), closet.
