This 12th century castle is a listed historical monument. The castle with 2 towers and an imposing façade is situated in a peaceful environment in the countryside from Laudun.
In 2010 the castle has been renovated and comprises nowadays about 15 luxurious holiday apartments. Some of the apartments are permanently occupied, but most of them are holiday homes.
Spacious and luminous holiday apartment with a tasteful and modern decoration.
This 130 m² apartment at the second floor of the castle comprises :
- Kitchen : Open kitchen to the dining room / sitting room. Single sink, 3 induction cooking plates, American fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher. Kitchen worktop, bar stools. Very nice view at the courtyard of the castle.
- Dining room / Sitting room : Table, 2 benches. Sofa, coffee table, TV. Spacious 38 m² room with nice view at the courtyard of the castle.
- Bedroom 1 : Double bed 140 large.
- Bedroom 2 : Double bed 160 large, closet. Private bathroom with double wash basin, shower cabin, WC.
- Bedroom 3 : Double bed 160 large, bunk beds (2 x 0,90 large) attention, the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Closet. Couch, TV. Private bathroom with double wash basin, bath. Washing machine. Private separate WC.
- Bathroom : Independent shower room with Wash basin, shower cabin and WC.
Attention : The apartment is situated at the 2nd floor of the castle, but in the apartment all the rooms are at the same level.
Outside :
- Property : Large, 1500 m² shady park with parking for the cars. The park is shared with all the occupants of the castle.
- Courtyard : Surface about 500 m². The courtyard is shared with all the residents of the castle. Nicely created courtyard with lawn and pavestones. Enclosed by an entrance gate. No access for cars in the courtyard.
- Private garden seat in the park : 2 Tables, 8 chairs, pool view.
- Shared pool : Shared and secured pool for all the residents of the castle. Pool size : 20 m x 10 m. The pool is 0,60 m till 3m deep with stairs. Parasols and sun loungers.
Attention :
- The pool, the park and the courtyard are shared with all the residents of the castle. The apartment disposes of a private garden seat in the park : 2 tables, 8 chairs, pool view.
- A guard is in charge for maintenance and supervision of the castle. He is at disposition of all residents. The guard does not live at the castle.
