The house is situated at a 1,7 ha landscaped property at about 10 km from Sarlat in Dordogne, Périgord Noir.
The 1,7 ha property comprises besides the holiday rental for 10 people also the house of the owners and another holiday rental for 6 people. The rental for 10 disposes of a private land of about 7,000 m².
The property is planted with palms, banana trees and a bamboo forest this vegetation is possible as for the passing stream and the natural water retention basin at this historical sight.
Enjoy a stay in the countryside near the castle of Puy Martin.
This 170 m² house comprises :
