Enjoy Lake Annecy's festival directly from the terrace of this house.
The rental is situated very close to the beach and at only 5 minutes walk from the village’s centre.
Situated on the lower side of Veyrier the house is built on a 700 m² property.
With a total surface of about 325 m² the house offers :

- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooking plates…
- The living area with Lake view opens to the terrace with view at Lake Annecy, comprising a sitting room with fireplace (HIFI, WIFI) and a dining area.
