Attention :
- The apartment complex is situated at the waterfront close to the road connecting Annecy to Albertville (heavy traffic), however there is no traffic noise nuisance inside the apartment. No noise nuisance in the bedroom and the adjoining balcony, however the passing traffic can be heard at the balcony (accessible from the dining area) and at the private beach of the apartment complex.

The bakery in Duingt is at less than 500 m, more shops are situated at less than 5 km in Saint Jorioz or in Doussard.
